"After trying a couple of other carpet cleaners over the years I'm happy to say I finally found 'the one'. Matt called a hour ahead of my appointment to say he could come earlier if I wanted. He arrived immediately, looked over the carpet to be cleaned and offered me a price far less than I had paid for the last cleaning from a 'competitor' and set to work. He did the entire carpeted area and two 8x10 area rugs. He even did some carpet remnant pieces I keep in front of the work bench and the laundry room entry door in the garage. He also applied a scotchguard product to the high traffic area.
